    Constipation is not really something we talk about openly - to be fair, it doesn’t make for a great dinner table conversation! 

    However, the truth is that about 4 million people in the United States suffer from constipation. One of the most common causes is a diet low in fibre (which is exactly why we created our all-time best-seller, Pineapple Chia Cleanse).

    Goodbye Constipation Smoothie

      1 ½ cups nut milk

    1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini

    1 heaping scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

    ½ Avocado

    2 Pitted Dates

    2 ½ T Cacao Powder or Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

    1 t Vanilla Extract

    1 small banana, sliced
