I did the pineapple. I added pineapple, sunflower seeds ,pumpkin seeds Brazil nuts . It's good I am sure adding the crushed pineapple raised the sugar level but it tastes pretty good . And with the nuts I added makes it a kick butt drink . I am always making smothies with nuts, this just takes over the top
Did not enjoy any of it. Was hoping the Pineapple chia would at least have some pineapple flavour but no.
I purchased this 1 day juice cleanse as a sampler pack, so I could try everything before ordering larger portions. I made the Greens one this morning, added oat milk, five slices of banana, ice and chia/flax seeds and it was fantastic. I'm excited to try the rest of them!
Everything tasted much better than I expected! Will definitely order again!
