Green Jalapeno Smoothie Recipe

1 scoopPineapple Chia Cleanse

1 scoopOrganic Pressed Greens

½ - 1 whole fresh green jalapeno, seeds removed

1 banana

Frozen avocado chunks

Fresh pineapple

1/2 stick celery

1/2 small cucumber

1 cup coconut milk

Opt. dash of your favorite hot sauce

Squeeze of lime

*if you don’t like things too spicy, soak cut and de-seeded jalapeno in salt water for at least half an hour if you want to reduce the spice levels but still reap the health benefits
