Pink Mimosa

Wherever we are, I feel like we could all do with a bubbly celebratory cocktail this weekend. Plus, if you didn’t know that today was National Mimosa Day, now you really have a reason to celebrate.

So today, I have a really special mimosa that we made for you- the Sparkly Pink Mimosa! 

Made with our Revive Beets + Roots and fresh pressed pear juice, this is one of the most refreshing and delicious cocktails ever. 

So grab a bottle of bubbly, and let’s make a round!

 

Pink Mimosa- Beets juice and Champagne

 


Pink Mimosa

1/2 scoop Revive Beets + Roots

2/3 cup Freshly Pressed Apple or Pear juice*

1 cup Prosecco or Champagne

Ice Cubes


Pour juice into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add ½ scoop Revive Beets and Roots and shake well. Fill champagne flute with half champagne or prosecco. Top off with Beets juice. Serve and enjoy! 


*Blend an apple or pear in 8 oz water if fresh pressed juice not available
