Banana Proteini Pancakes

Makes approximately 4 medium pancakes.


4 scoops Vegan Vanilla Proteini

1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

1 large ripe banana, mashed

¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Dash of cinnamon

2 large eggs



  • First, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Mix the egg whites with a handmixer until finely whipped in a mixing bowl.
  • Fold in Vegan Vanilla Proteini powder, Pineapple Chia Cleanse, mashed banana, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add in beaten egg yolks at the end.
  • Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter into a hot buttered skillet, spreading batter evenly so it cooks throughout. Heat approximately 60-90 seconds on each side on medium heat. 
  • Continue to make the cakes until the batter is gone, buttering the skillet in between each batch.
  • Serve immediately, with fresh fruit toppings.
