Cherry Pie and Pineapple Chia Smoothie


  • 1 scoop of Pineapple Chia Cleanse 
  • 8 oz (or 1 cup) of nut milk
  • 1 cup of frozen cherries
  • 2 pitted dates (remove pits when blending)
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts or favorite nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon



Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor (either appliance will work). Blend, then pour into a large glass and add toppings of choice. Then serve immediately and enjoy!
