    Homemade Golden Milk Option 1:

    1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

    1.5 tsp turmeric powder

    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

    1/2 tsp ground ginger

    1 T maple syrup

    Sprinkle black pepper

    1 cup reduced fat coconut milk

    1/2 cup water

    Heat coconut milk and water in a saucepan on medium. Add Pineapple Chia Cleanse, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, pepper to liquid and whisk together. Heat until warmed through (about 3 - 5 minutes). Pour into a mug and top with cinnamon and black pepper. Serve and enjoy! 

    Option 2:

    1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

    1 packet Golden Milk Spice Mix (at most grocery stores)

    1.5 cups unsweetened plant milk

    Froth or shake and enjoy!
