    If you're a fan of chai lattes and turmeric, you're going to love this spiced, warm and oh-so comforting recipe!


    This ultra creamy golden milk is filled to the brim with nutrients and health benefits. It is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up when you need something to tide you over until dinner.


    The health perks alone make it the perfect daily ritual - anything anti-inflammatory, high-fiber (thanks to our Pineapple Chia Cleanse) and antioxidant-rich is an essential!


    Homemade Golden Milk Option 1:

    1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

    1/2 tsp ground turmeric

    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

    1/2 tsp ground ginger

    1 tbsp maple syrup

    Sprinkle black pepper

    1 cup reduced fat coconut milk

    1/2 cup water


    - Heat coconut milk and water in a saucepan on medium heat.

    - Add Pineapple Chia Cleanse, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper to liquid and whisk together.

    - Heat until warmed through (3-5 minutes).

    - Pour into a mug and top with cinnamon and black pepper.

    - Serve and enjoy!


    Homemade Golden Milk Option 2:

    1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

    1 packet Golden Milk Spice Mix (at most grocery stores)

    1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk


    - Froth or shake and enjoy!
