Many granola recipes can be packed with calories or added sugars, but our Pineapple Chia Granola recipe is both filling and healthy.

This is the perfect on-the-go meal or snack because it's rich in protein and fiber - both of which help you feel fuller for longer. This is because high-fiber meals slow down the emptying of your stomach and make digestion last longer.

Granola is also known to help with blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and gut health. Once you try our granola, no other granola will stack up!

    3 scoops Pineapple Chia Cleanse

1½ cups chopped nuts or seeds (slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds)

    1 cup rolled oats

    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add ingredients to a big mixing bowl and mix with a rubber spatula.

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.

Bake for 15 minutes. Flip granola then bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
