    1.5 cups nut milk of your choice

    1 banana, frozen

    2 pitted dates

    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

    1 tablespoon maple or agave syrup

    1/2 cup ice cubes

     

    Directions:
