Wow! Finnaallyy something that works like it claims. There's other reviews on the taste so I made it into a smoothie. 1 cup of coconut water or oat milk, 3/4 c of mangos and bananas and one scoop of powder. The pineapple compliments the smoothie!! And for me personally, I was able to stay full & eat half as much as I usually do. ♥️
I take fiber every day...metamucil...but this gives me the boost I need for elimination and keeps me from being hungry too.
