Eat clean effortlessly, one meal at a time
We've divided this challenge into 3 parts, to help ease you into healthy eating. During the first week, we will focus on building a clean breakfast to keep you energized and happy throughout the day.
Then we'll move on to clean lunches, during week 2. You will have the option of continuing with your clean breakfast during this time, or simply focusing on lunchtime alone. This flexibility allows you to allocate more energy into what matters: creating a habit, rather than forcing yourself to do something.
Finally, during week 3, we'll focus on clean dinners - again, it will be your choice whether to adopt all-clean meals for the day, or just focus on dinner by itself.

Anyone who wants to learn how to eat healthy without following a strict diet plan or depriving themselves. This plan is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, as the food suggestions for each day/meal will include plant-based options. If you want to eat clean, but have no idea where to start or find all the information out there overwhelming, this challenge is for you. Wherever you are on your health journey, we're sure you will gain a lot by joining.
Can Smart Pressed Juice products help me on this challenge?
Since they're full of important phytonutrients, our juices can help you feel energized and can significantly reduce unhealthy cravings (which can further assist with clean eating habits). However, this challenge was created to work with or without our superfood juices.
Some parts of the challenge do offer smoothie recipes as meal replacement ideas, but these are optional. Every day comes with different food choices that are independent from smoothie meals. We want you to benefit from clean eating right away, without having to purchase anything additional. :)
