We want you to be happy with your purchase and support you every step of the way in your health goals! If you’re not completely satisfied with your juice, even if you have used some of the jar or packets, you can send it back to us postmarked within 30 days of your order for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping fees). Here is what to do:
Email us your order number at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your return request to be started. We will then email you your RMA to begin the return process, which will include our return address - please send us the unused portion of the product(s) or your empty bottles.
Once you have the RMA, pay the return postage and send it back to us - we recommend getting tracking numbers to ensure your return arrives to us on time, within the 30 day window which begins from the time your order is delivered. If you do select tracking, please email us the tracking number so we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
Upon our receipt of your returned product, we’ll refund you to the last penny (not including your return shipping costs or any associated shipping fees from your order), no questions asked!
We created our return process to make it a risk-free experience for everyone to try our products, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality, locally made USDA certified organic product to all our customers. This risk-free refund policy applies only to the first purchase of each product.
Please follow the return process outlined above, and be sure to send us the products for which you wish to receive a refund. All items in a bundle must be returned for a full refund, otherwise a refund proportional to the products returned will be issued. Please allow for adequate credit card processing for your refund to issue. Thank you!
