I admit I was skeptical to try this at first but I knew the benefits of chia and the digestive boost that pineapple gives you so I decided to try it even though it seemed a bit pricey.
Now I have been using it in smoothies pretty consistently for 3 months and it does exactly what they say. It helps with digestion and keeps you regular, plus I think it is helping on my weight loss goals mainly by keeping me "full" for longer during my mid-day slump when I might be tempted to snack.
I say if you haven't tried it, do it. What have you got to lose?
