I don’t know exactly what it’s doing for me or what it’s supposed to do but I’m enjoying it in smoothie listed on the package. Finally something that tastes great and is healthy. It does make you feel full for a long while which I really like and the ingredient list looks so good for you. All organic.
Used the 3 day cleanse. Most of the products taste great - the pineapple chia was the only one I needed to mix with flavored water. After the 3 days, I felt rejuvenated, my gut felt great, and I dropped a few pounds on the scale, too!
