Servings: 6     Serving Size: 1/2 Cup

    Ingredients:

    • 1 bunch of kale

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the stems from kale and cut into two-inch pieces. Wash and dry with paper towels to remove all the water.

Place dried kale flat on the baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and salt and bake until the edges start to brown, approximately 10-15 minutes. Keep checking to make sure some kale does not burn, since the chips will cook unevenly, and remove pieces as they begin to crisp.
