This recipe combines the velvety texture of ripe avocado with the health benefits of chia seeds and the delicious taste of chocolate, creating a dessert that's both satisfying and good for you.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of coconut milk (full-fat for a creamier texture)
    • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
    • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or another sweetener of choice
    • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    • 1 scoop of Vegan Vanilla Proteini
    • 1 ripe avocado


    Instructions:

    1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, vegan vanilla protein powder, and the flesh of the ripe avocado. Blend until smooth and creamy.
