    Indulge in a delicious and nutritious twist on classic vanilla ice cream with our Vegan Vanilla Proteini recipe. This health-focused dessert is packed with plant-based protein, free from dairy and gluten, and naturally sweetened. Perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings while supporting your wellness goals!

    Ingredients:

    • 2 scoops Vegan Vanilla Proteini
    • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional for sweetness)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1/2 cup coconut cream (for creaminess)
    • A pinch of sea salt

    Instructions:

    1. Blend Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the Vegan Vanilla Proteini, almond milk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, frozen banana, coconut cream, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    2. Freeze Mixture: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow container and place it in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency (about 3-4 hours).

    3. Serve: Scoop the ice cream into bowls and enjoy immediately, or store it in the freezer for later.
