    1 scoopPineapple Chia Cleanse

    1 scoopOrganic Pressed Greens

    1 cup chopped cucumber, frozen

    1 cup fresh spinach

    1 banana, halved and frozen

    1 cup frozen pineapple

    1 cup plain greek yogurt

    1 & 1/2 cups water
