Let's be honest: most green smoothies have an image problem. They're the ones sitting untouched in the back of the fridge, the ones that taste faintly of pond. If that's been your experience, this recipe is here to change your mind completely.

The Tropical Green Glow-Up leads with pineapple, mango, and coconut, three flavors that taste like a beach vacation, and lets a scoop of Organic Pressed Greens do its work in the background. You get more than 20 organic fruits, vegetables, and superfoods in a single glass, and it tastes like dessert. That's the whole trick.

The protein is optional, but recommended. A scoop of Vegan Vanilla Proteini turns this from a light snack into something that actually keeps you full for hours, and makes the texture luxuriously creamy, like a tropical milkshake.

    The Tropical Green Glow-Up Recipe

Makes: 1 large smoothie Time: About 5 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1 scoop Organic Pressed Greens
    • 1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini (optional)
    • 1 cup frozen pineapple
    • ½ cup frozen mango
    • ½ frozen banana
    • 1 cup coconut water (or light coconut milk)
    • Juice of ½ lime
    • A handful of ice

    Instructions

    1. Add the coconut water to your blender first — it helps everything blend smoothly.
    2. Add the frozen pineapple, mango, and banana.
    3. Add your scoop of Organic Pressed Greens and, if using, the Vegan Vanilla Proteini.
    4. Squeeze in the lime and toss in a handful of ice.
    5. Blend on high until completely smooth and frothy, about 45–60 seconds.
    6. Pour, garnish with a lime wedge, and enjoy right away.
