When it's too hot to think, this is the drink.

The Watermelon Cooler is exactly what it sounds like: cold, pink, ridiculously refreshing and, unlike a gas-station slushie, actually doing something good for you. It's made with Revive Beets + Roots from our Metabolism Bundle, so under all that summery sweetness you're getting electrolytes, antioxidants, and a clean, no-jitters energy lift.

Here's the recipe, plus why it works.

The Recipe (makes 1 large cooler)

    • 2 cups cubed watermelon (freeze it for a thicker, slushie texture)
    • 1 scoop Revive Beets + Roots
    • Juice of ½ lime
    • 4–5 fresh mint leaves
    • 1 cup coconut water (or plain water for something lighter)
    • ½ cup ice

    Method:

    1. Add the coconut water and Revive Beets + Roots to your blender and blend 10 seconds to dissolve.
    2. Add the watermelon, lime juice, mint, and ice.
    3. Blend until smooth and frosty. Taste and add a little more lime if you like it tart. Pour, garnish with a mint sprig, and cool down.

    Why It Works

Hydration that actually holds. Watermelon is ~92% water, and pairing it with coconut water adds natural electrolytes (potassium, magnesium),  so this does more for a hot afternoon than plain water.

A real metabolism assist. Revive Beets + Roots is built on organic beets, ginger, turmeric, and green coffee bean extract. Beets support circulation and energy, and green coffee bean extract is rich in chlorogenic acid — studied for its role in metabolism and blood-sugar balance — without a second hit of caffeine.

    Make It Your Own

    • More filling: add a scoop of Vegan Vanilla Proteini or Organic Pressed Greens.
    • Boozy-brunch energy (mocktail): top with sparkling water and serve over crushed ice.
    • Extra cooling: freeze the watermelon and add a few mint ice cubes.
